The role: 

Are you a real people’s person? Have you great customer service skills? How about Hungarian language skills? 
Because right now at bwin.party in Customer Service Outbound Team we are looking for real team players to join the team as Customer Service Associates to assist all our newly registered customers in completing their online registrations and to successfully making their transactions. 


As a Customer Service Associate Outbound Team – Hungarian speaking your main responsibilities will involve:

• Welcoming recently registered customers and guiding through the complete registration process
• Taking care of customer enquiries via chat, assessing individual problems and taking appropriate action to ensure that customer needs are met
• Communicating with customers as part of different outbound calling campaigns
• Reporting on system bugs and general problems experienced by the customers to the specialized departments or CS Management
• Escalating suspicious customer activities – to the CS Management and Compliance Department
• Maintaining in-depth knowledge about products and Standard Operating Procedures & financial instruments required to deposit and redeem funds


As a Customer Service Associate Outbound Team – Hungarian speaking your skills and qualification will ideally include: 

• Fluency in Hungarian language
• English language skills to business standard 
• The ability to perform well in a challenging environment 
• Strong analytical skills
• Basic sales skills
• Basic knowledge of Windows OS and MS Office applications; good typing skills


What we will be looking for in you:

This varied role requires someone with customer focus and excellent communication skills, who has a flexible approach to work, and understands the importance of providing a professional service to customers. With strong logical reasoning and ability to interpret detailed information, you will have a knack for influencing people and finding solutions in a fast paced environment.
